After placing your order with Vibe Beauty Products, you’ll receive an order confirmation outlining the available payment methods.

  • Zelle: For our customers in the USA, Zelle is now available as a payment option. To use Zelle at checkout, ensure your address is within the USA and the currency is set to USD. Once you’ve completed the checkout process (Place Order), you’ll be provided with the necessary payment details. Please follow the instructions carefully to complete your payment.

 

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days after payment has been received.

Important: International payments may take 2-3 days to reflect in our account. Kindly consider this timeframe before reaching out to us regarding payment status.

While we don’t send payment receipt confirmations, you will receive an email with your shipment and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

At Vibe Beauty Products, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure products are in their original packaging and condition.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used make-up items unless they are faulty.

To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items.
