At Vibe Beauty Products, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used make-up products unless the item is faulty or damaged.

To process your return, we require proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected].
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Returning Your Items
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
